PowerPoint 2007 Introduction (MOS)
Overview: In this course you will learn how to explore the PowerPoint 2007 environment, Open and run a presentation, Use Help options, close a presentation and PowerPoint, Create a new presentation, add new slides to it, save and update changes, rearrange and delete slides, insert slides from another presentation, Format text and bulleted lists, Use the Find, Replace, Cut, Copy, and Paste commands, Align text, Draw objects by using tools in the Drawing group, Format, Modify, Move, Rotate, Delete drawn objects by using groups on the Drawing Tools Format tab, Add text to drawn objects, Apply formatting to drawn objects, Use WordArt to create visually appealing text objects, Add images to a slide and modify images by using the Pictures Tool tab options, Add and modify clip art images, Add a table to a presentation, Enter text and format the table, Create and modify a chart by using the Create Chart dialog box and the options on the Chart Tools tab, Create and modify an IGX charts by using the options on the IGX Graphics Tools tab, Modify a presentation by using a template, Make global changes to a presentation by using the Mater Slide view, Specify slide transitions and timings, Add speaker notes and footers, to a slide show for a speaker and for a kiosk, Proof a presentation for mistakes by using Spell Check, Autocorrect, and Thesaurus features, Prepare a presentation to be shown by customizing and previewing it, Use the Print dialog box and the Print Preview tab to specify printing options for an entire presentation, an individual slide, Handouts, and Notes pages.

Prerequisites: A basic understanding of PCs and familiarity with the layout of a PC style keyboard, mouse and Windows is required, gained either by previous experience or by attendance of Computer Fundamentals.
PowerPoint 2007 Intermediate (MOS)
Overview: Upon completion of this course you will be able to Customize the Quick Access Toolbar, Modify a clip art image by cropping, Modify a clip art image by cropping it and changing color schemes, Add sound and movie clips to a presentation, Format an IGX Graphic by making changes to associate objects, Create a custom table by drawing a table and formatting it, Add interactive elements to a slide by adding actions buttons and modifying them, create customized slide shows by using Custom Shows dialog box, Review a presentation by using Comments, prepare to share a presentation by using the commands in the File, Prepare Menu, Share a presentation by using the commands in the File, Publish menu, Save a presentation as a Web page, Create a presentation by using a Word outline, Add content to a slide by embedding or linking content from a Word document or an Excel spreadsheet, Create a link on a slide to other content by creating a hyperlink to a Word document or Excel spreadsheet

Prerequisites: Before taking this course, you should be familiar with personal computer and the use of a keyboard and mouse. Furthermore, this course assumes that you’ve completed the PowerPoint 2007 Introduction course or have equivalent experience.
PowerPoint 2007 Advanced (MOS)
Overview: Upon completion of this course you will be able to Build a custom presentation using the Slide Master, Insert slides from another presentation, Rearrange and delete slides in the Slide Sorter view, Insert, Crop, and Format an image on a slide, Add sound and movie clips to a slide, Add narration to a presentation, Insert and format a SmartArt graphic on a slide, Create and format a custom table, Create a photo album presentation, Apply transitions to a slide, Apply animation to text and objects, Use the Custom Show feature, Explore the Presenter view feature, Save a presentation as a Web page, Use the Package or CD feature, Save a presentation as a PowerPoint show.
