This ice-breaker:
· Works best with a group of 15 or more people
· May require that teams leave the classroom to complete challenges (depending on the nature of the questions).


1. Print and use the Challenge Card below, or create a card relevant to your particular group.

2. On the day of the ice-breaker, break the class into smaller, even groups.

3. Working as a team, each group should discuss the questions/ challenges, fill out the Challenge Card and present it to you.

4. When all have finished, ask each team to role-play overcoming an obstacle that they've listed on the Challenge Card (give them 10 or so minutes to rehearse).

NOTES:

 

a) There are no winners per se as it's helpful to everyone if all the teams think about and complete all the challenges.

b) The challenges/obstacles can be more physically or mentally challenging...
